| This is obviously a budget hotel, but it was very clean, comfortable and close to downtown San Jose. It has a microwave & fridge and the cleaned the room daily. It was actually better than I expected for the price. The neighborhood is a little sketchy though. I wouldn't walk around the grounds alone at night! |

| After reading previous comments about this hotel, I was very hesitant to stay here and nervous upon arrival. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It was not nearly as bad as previous guests had made it out to be. The employees were pleasant and courteous. The room is definitely "worn" but it was clean and fully functional with no problems at all. One thing that should be considered is the noise factor. It is near the airport so you will hear airplanes flying over. I had no problem with this so I was completely satisfied with my stay. |

| The three times that we have visited San Jose we have stayed an the Americas Best Value Hotel, it is very convient and close to our family.
We love the location is perfect with resturants and other food stores in the are and not very far from the mall which is perfect for our younger family members.
We are very satifsfied with Americas Best Value Inn. |

| Although the hotel was a little further away from the convention center than I would have liked, it was a direct shot back to it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The office staff was VERY helpful. Fot the price, I think we got the best deal in town. We would stay there again, and I would reccommend it to anyone looking for a good room at a reasonable price. |
