| I was impressed with everything considering it's in a not so great area of town. I loved the staff and rooms were very clean and enjoyed the breakfast also. T he deluxe rooms or the superior upgrade is well worth the slight increase in rates! Made a point to stay in both regular king room and superior king and the difference was a big one for me at least, it has a nicer bed with a nicer room over all and the couch and coffee table along with nicer big desk and exec chair were WAY NICER considering the reg king didn't have sitting area also. Would definitely will be staying there again soon! |

| Although this hotel was clean and fairly well maintained, it wasn't in the best part of town. The surrounding area was very run-down and not the safest looking. It was close to the freeway, which made it convenient for our quick overnight stay and our evening at the HP Pavilion, but I wouldn't have stayed any longer than that. |

| I was very upset with my stay. The beds were uncomfortable . My flat iron was taken from my room. I confronted the housekeeper and she said she didn't see it. I find this to be a lie. I left it on the only table in the room and I was the only female in the room. My husband and son did'nt remove it. I also spoke to the manager and he said he will get back to me about. I will never stay there again. |

| Dated furnishing. Grungy looking comforter with questionable cleanliness. Difficult to get to given the busy traffic at that intersection with no left turns allowed going eastbound on Tully. On the good side, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was satisfactory. It served its purpose for a 1 night stay. The beds really are Queen sized and not a double like most hotels. Not quite what we expected. |

| This Inn was conveniently located to very good eating establishments, shopping, and easy access to freeway. I would readily recommend it to all. When I return to San Jose again I would plan to stay. The people at the desk were very kind and accommodating. The cleaning staff also were very efficient and thorough. |

| The rooms are clean, but that's about it. They do offer free breakfast in the morning, except the clerk totally forgot to mention that breakfast ends at 9:30. When my friends and I went down for breakfast at 10, the breakfast was already gone, and I asked the clerk, and she disrespectfully said that breakfast is for early morning therefore it ends at 9:30. Also, there was construction going on outside our room(the hotel parking lot) at 6 in the morning. HORRIBLE. I don't recommend this place. |

| For the price of the hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and the condition. The carpeting in the hallways are somewhat dirty, and the counter top in the bathroom was kind of stained and worn, but otherwise I was very happy with my stay there. I would definitely stay again. One more thing, the gentleman who worked there in the evening was not very helpful when I told him I could not get the air conditioner to work. First he told me to turn it on from the unit itself, when I told him that the unit has a sign to use the thermostat on the wall, he told me that I must be doing it wrong, DUH, why else would I have been asking him for help? |
