Recent Best Western Inn Review: "Very friendly and helpfu staff. Our room was very spacious with king bed and pull out sofa for our grandson. Enjoyed continental breakfast. Our grandson loved the boiled eggs and waffle maker. The pool was close to our room which was good, but the temperature of the water was on the cool side for us even though it was supposed to be heated."

| Surrounding neighborhood not the greatest, it is on a busy street and getting back and forth from our locations was a pain due to the back up. The pool was a bit small. However the room space and cleanliness made up for it, staff were also friendly. Enjoyable experience |

| Amenities were adequate for the price. We were given a room that was not completely clean, bathroom was smelly, and the carpet was dusty. When I complained, the front desk accommodated us by changing room to next door. Otherwise, our stay was okay considering it was low cost. |

| From the outside, it looked plain, so I always presumed the inside would be similar to a Motel 6 type hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and the rooms. Would book my next weekend retreats here. |

| The hotel is located directly off the 101, very convenient for downtown San Jose. Room was clean and comfortable and the front desk was very courteous. Very light sleepers may have issues with traffic noise depending on which side of the hotel the room is on. I am a pretty light sleeper and even through our room was on the street side I didn't have any problems. |

| Tuan checked us in and was helpful on surrounding restaurants (there are not many). This is not the best Best Western I've stayed in, but staff friendly and room clean. |

| Was able to hear guest above in shower, and the noise of people coming and going was a bit unbareable. Manager needs to be more in control of Guests and noise upon entering and exiting the Hotel. |
