| I guess that I should do a little more research into an area before I pick the hotel. The hotel was very clean and up-to-date with their amenities. When I asked the desk clerk about restaurants in the area that were within walking distance, she made two recommendations - both were closed on Mondays. |

| Air Conditioning did not work. No light bulb is desk lamp. Shower fittings were loose and malfunctioning. Items in breakfast bar were slow to appear and then only when prompted to make decaf coffee. |

| The hotel itself is good, rooms are clean. They have free wifi and continental breakfast. The only downside is the location, it seems to be in a rather shady neighborhood. But otherwise I would recommend it. |

| The room itself was comfortable, but the location was awful. The hotel is located just south of the airport in a somewhat shady area. I didn't feel entirely comfortable and safe in that hotel. Don't plan on much being around the hotel either. The only restaurants are Burger King and Carl's Jr., which is fine i guess if you eat that type of food. I stayed all around the bay area and had much better rooms for comparable prices in much nicer locations. I would not recommend this hotel to a business traveler, and families with children should stay away too. |

| The continental breakfast was a great surprise. They really have much more than the typical and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice and clean. The neighborhoos was not the most convienient to downtown but there were about 4 restaurants on the block. |

| Basic room. Very poor bathroom lighting. Low income area. However, room and hotel were clean & neat. |

| i wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. the area was unsafe and the service was horrible.breakfast was horrible...no milk, no cream for coffee. very poor response to service. |

| This hotel is new. The rooms are in excellent state and very confortable. Also very quiet. Seems well equipped for disabled persons.
The service is rather impersonal. |

| Hotel staff was friendly, but I didn't think my car was safe and was also very aware when I stepped out to find dinner. Also, there are NO restaurants anywhere close! |

| There was an annoying smell in the bathroom, either cleanser or deodorant. I always am bothered by having an outside wall air conditioner directly under the drapes. Cooling the underneath of the drapery is not the idea; I like the air to blow into the room.
The place seemed new and fresh in the common areas. It is a low cost, affordable spot. |
