| This was an older hotel but overall wasn't in bad shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't bad. Would stay here again. |

| The hotel is in excellent condition, and kept very clean. The breakfast (included) was hot, and fruit was fresh. Convenient location a few blocks from the airport. It was a quiet and refreshing stay |

| This was such a bummer! The place was great, looked clean, was excellent with airport transportation, nice linens, excellent service, good breakfast buffet. BUT, when I woke in the morning there were two adult bedbugs near the beds. Sure enough about a day later I had at least 8 bites on my body. |

| There were two ear piercing fire alarms during my week stay and three times my card key was deactivated. Once the office staff was not available to re-key the card. Parking was difficult due to large pillars that interfered with the parking lines, but smaller cars could fit. The breakfast was great although it did not vary by much. Nevertheless the breakfast buffet was more than the typical continental breakfast. |

| comfortable, has all the amenities needed, great service. i was particularly worried about the airport shuttle because my flight was at 6:20 am. the "shuttle" is actually a free cab and the hotel was totally awesome about all the arrangements. very happy. great stay. |

| The hotel is in general very good, except two things: (1) the parking is a little too tight, and (2) very limited number of TX channels. |

| The room was wonderful, very clean and spacious, comfortable beds with good pillows and linens. Bathroom was very clean with great water pressure and temp control. The lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful. The hot breakfast was good, typical stuff. The parking lot is tight - but the front desk made accomdations for oversized vehic les. |

| We booked our reservations online 2 weeks ahead. We were delayed on our flight into San Jose by an hour and a half. We called to make sure there was shuttle service to the hotel. We were coming in at 2:10 am and wanted to be sure we had shuttle service at that time of morning. We were notified of the delay around 1:30 pm. We waited to call until 4:00 pm to see if there were any going to be additional delays. The woman assured us they would have transportation for us. I called the woman at 2:06 am and she said "give me a minute". I took that to mean she was working to get herself or someone to come and get us. After 45 minutes, I called back and she said I hung up on her and she didn't get them informatioin. We had asked her when they could get there. I was tired and cold. She said 10 minutes. At 10-12 minutes later, I called back. She said she would call the taxi service to pick us up and they would be there in 10 minutes and she would have them call me. Ten minutes later the taxi man called and said we will be there in 7 minutes. I understand early morning difficulties with taxis, but we saw several go by while we were waiting. If we would have been notified of difficulty, we could have taken one of the other methods of travel. I felt this wasn't professional at all in making us feel welcomed. I would recommend getting your own transportation to get to their hotel that is close to the airport. |
