| Basically fine, but almost no hot water. Maintenance seemed spotty - a little run down - but they were undergoing a major renovation, so their intentions are clearly good. |

| The room was clean but not that comfortable. Noise was the main issue - railroad noise a few time and a very noisy heater/cooler that I could not turn off. The shower in the bathroom did not work. Staff was pleasant and helpful but had to wait for them each time. |

| We checked in early afternoon for a day at Great America (which is only minutes away). The check-in was fast and friendly, and the room was clean. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the A/C was too good. We left it on when we left, and when we came back at nearly 10, the room was nearly sub-arctic. The parking was well lit, and even though it appears near a highway, it was very quiet at night. |

| A breakfast service of some sort would be nice, other than that the hotel pretty much gets the job done. The room had a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink so you can buy groceries and do some cooking. TV channels are limited to about 15 locals and 2 showtime channels. Rooms are well insulated and I heard very little from other rooms. No other issues or complaints. |

| The room was ok for the money, the main issue I had was that I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of smoke quite badly. |

| when we checked in, everything seemed great, once in our room for a while, there was a note slid under the door, it explained how we would be without power for 4 hours starting at 8 am the next morning. If we would've known this before checking in, we would not have stayed there. Then, when checking my bank statment today,I noticed they also charged me for the stay, so far I have paid twice for the same room, so upsetting, now have to deal with trying to get my money back. Don't know how they can't tell it was paid for in advance. The personnal was nice, room needed some work |

| I used this place just for one night. i had a wedding to go to and didn't want to drive too far after it. it was fairly convenient in location. i did not use any guest services, so i really have no comment about that. the hallways were dirty as heck, however the rooms were very clean and nice. the only complaint i have about the room is that the heating/air conditioning unit runs 24 hrs a day. it is fairly noisy, so it kinda ruined my sleep. I would assume that there is some way to turn it off, but i couldn't figure it out. but other than that, for the price, you really can't go wrong. |

| The hotel offers pretty good comfort but, it doesn't have a compimentary breakfast nor a daily room service. Overall its not a great hotel to stay in but, may ne good enough a week or so. |
