| Positives being that the hotel was easy to locate, the furnishings were comfortable, the clerk was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The negatives were that the hotel did not have an ice machine and the television was not well placed in the room (it was facing perpendicular to the bed and couch, not toward either one). The pillows also had a strange odor, but not overly offensive |

| I arrived late, late, after the front desk was closed. No entry into the hotel, but dialed the after-hours number on the phone as requested. No answer. Dialed again, no answer. Decided to try the Extended Stay (not Deluxe) hotel next door, and the after-hours number worked there, thank god. He provided entry into my hotel.
Room was fine, except windows were a little broken and didn't close completely. I don't mind it cool at night, so no problem. Bathroom tiles were loose, so crunched everytime you walked over them, but no real biggie.
All in all, okay. Not great, not bad. Comfortable, firm bed, fridge, in-room coffee provided, convenient location for me. |

| the manager on duty was not at all helpful in helping us resolve our problem with the arrival date and said he would not be able to give us any kind of a credit for the wrong day arrival. We felt he was not at all caring for our concerns and did not offer us the time of day. We do not need that kind of help. |

| We loved this hotel. Large room comfortable bed for my bad back, reclining chair was great to snooze on. Friendly staff and upper middle class neighborhood.
Im on a business trip and I Am trying to stay ther again even though I would jave to drive farther. |

| This hotel is pretty much a solid experience. They've got their ducks in order and the location is ideal with supermarket right across the street. The only part that I would change is that fact that the front desk folks seem to hide (be stationed) outside of view so you have to cough or something to get their attention. Maybe that's the way they are trained - not sure. But, I do think having someone there to smile and say hello would serve them well. |

| 1. I was missing the chairs for the kitchen table
2. Didn't find out until the next morning that the refrigerator was not working, so a large pan of homemade lasagne that I had made for a get together after a funeral was no good.
3. I wanted a one bedroom, but this one had the sliding doors to separate the living room from the bedroom were removed. It was more like 1 big room
4. The cleanliness was inadequate, coffee carafe has residue from coffee left inside. I'm short so I can easily see under the kitchen cabinets and they were dirty, as was the backboard behind the stove. The inside of the bathroom door looked like no one ever cleans it, there was dirty hand print and splatters of something green; possible shampoo or toothpaste, it was sticky.
My last stay I was at the Extended Stay America (not the deluxe) and had a much better experience for half the money. |

| Some friends and I staked here for a quick get away. The room was bigger than some 1 bedroom apartments I have seen. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was really quiet but full we never got up early enough for the breakfast but a quick trip across the street and we were able to cook.
The hotel says that there is a max of 2 per room but there was 4 of us and we could of comfortably fit 2 more
The kitchen supplies were scarce and I had to go pick up a spatula to cook with but other than that no issues and have found my hotel for all of my south San Jose stays!! |

| Great hotel for the price! Very nicely equipped Studio suites and it's only 45mins away from Monterey. Nice shopping center, gas station and a Starbucks directly across the street. Close to Hwy 101 |
