| The Holiday Inn Silicon Valley met all of my most basic needs as a business traveler but did not impress beyond a friendly welcome at the desk. There appears to have been some renovations recently but all in all, the property feels tired and lacking. With some upgrades to carpeting, more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance on the ice machine, this hotel would be a lot more comfortable. |

| It was nice to enter a room that had a nice clean smell. Overall we were satisfied with the stay. |

| TV buzzed every time words came across the screen making it difficult to watch.... the bed was hard. They display no entertainment pamphlets in their lobby! The curtains on our room would not close entirely, and ice machine on our floor had no ice. |

| The Holiday Inn at San Jose is a nice place, good location to freeway. Only let down was the wireless internet. Get a room close to the wireless hub, not far from the lifts.
Otherwise, a very nice place to stay. Staff were very nice too. I would stay there again. |

| Hotel was under construction and there was a huge party with a ton of loud, drunk ppl, but they all cleared out before 11pm and the room was clean and comfortable. Beds looked and felt clean and comfortable. Enjoyed stay! |

| Overall the place was very nice. They charge way way to much for the food and i thought it was very rude that they take out there own 15% tip on your bill on whatever you order an $3 for opening there register and another $3 for bringing it to your room...so i basically paid $10 in just charges.
But room was very clean. |

| This Holiday was in a quiet, but convenience to the highway location. The ability to dine in or outside the hotel was delightful. It was quiet, peaceful and suitable for my needs. I will stay again and invite family and friends to patronized your location. I almost forgot the affordable rates made it very attractive. |

| Although there was an excercise room, most of the equipment was broken and there were no dumb bells. As a business traveler I always fit in excercise and this was the only disappointment. |
