Recent La Quinta Airport Review: "Clean, comfortable rooms, welcoming and friendly hotel staff, nice pool & pool area. Workout room could use an eliptical trainer, but was otherwise adequate. Quiet, except when jets took off or landed directly overhead (the hotel is at the end of the SJ airport runway). Breakfast food was good, plentiful and fresh. The waffle makers even worked well  - a rarity in my experience with other hotels. The in-room coffee was also quite good. Wireless Internet service was reasonably speedy and worked flawlessly. We stayed for 3 nights during a conference in downtown San Jose. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to/from the SJ Convention Center during peak morning and afternoon hours because you will be traveling in the opposite direction of the main traffic flow. This is a very good hotel for its price range. Thanks. Ken - August, 2011"
