Recent Pruneyard Plaza Hotel Review: "The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was only a few steps to stores and restaurants. The lobby area had wine and ice cream and other goodies available which was nice, and the room was great. My only complaint (and the hotel can't help it) was the group of white trashy - esqe people at the pool. They had a few huge coolers of beer and at least 15 loud kids, splashing and running and being obnoxious (about ages 8 up to maybe 15 yrs) and they were screaming "Marco Polo" non-stop in the loudest pre-pubescent voices ever! I love kids... just not other people's and I teach mine to respect others in public and use some common sense and manners. So, the pool and spa were not relaxing but other than that the hotel was awesome."
