| Great hotel and stay. The only issue is the climate control has a wide range between kicking on and off. So I was either cold or hot. |

| This hotel is in a safe and convenient location, although slightly tricky to find in the evening. Once there, however, the service was amazing! Even details were awesome: a couple of truffles awaiting on the bed, free snacks in the room, four versions of Showtime channel, and Whirlpool bath tubs at no extra charge. Even the closet has a light in it! I felt very welcomed! |

| I had a great experience at this hotel. I was originally given a room on the first floor, overlooking the parking lot.
When I told the desk agent that I was a light sleeper, she immediately found me a room on an upper floor.
Everyone was very courteous. They have a beautiful lobby, with a big fireplace. |

| Plenty of restaurants and a walking trail nearby. Convenient to highway, great if your looking for activities south of the bay area. A nice get away for couples. We were located on the second floor near a conference room that was in use, in made it a bit noisy in the morning. If you want to sleep in late, keep that in mind. Breakfast buffet was better than average, for being included with the room. |

| I love staying here; plenty of shops and eating places, and I always go to the bookstore near by.
Quiet; good computer access. Great breakfast. |

| Great hotel which is in the middle of a great shopping center. So consequently you are close to resturants and a movie theater. Easy to get to and easy to get around town. Best place to stay if you're going to be going to Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell or Down Town San Jose. Loved, loved, loved the spa tub!!! |

| The hotel was Very clean&neat &quiet ,the staff were nice& friendly&polite . Definitely stay there again . even though they made a mistake on charging my room on somebody else's card . They took care of it right away and fix the error , really appreciate the effort that staff was putting there.It was a pleasant stay . |
