Recent Radisson Plaza Review: "Great room for the money. The bed was a sleep number, very comfortable. The room was recently updated and cozy. the hotel itself was nice and the folks at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. My son forgot his toothbrush and the toothpaste and after a quick call down to the front desk five minutes later a toothbrush and toothpaste was delivered to our room. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and the driver had alot of useful information. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel considering the low price I paid. This is a rare good example of NOT getting what you paid for."

| The hotel I felt was the best deal for the money and the location to all downtown places. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, so be ready for that. But what do u expect being downtown? |

| Quick overnight stay because I had an early morning flight. Nice hotel and lobby area. Room and bed were very comfortable. Airport shuttle started at 5 am which was the time I needed. Very reasonable price. |

| The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The beds were very comfy and they had a quick free shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. There is a cute tastey diner/coffee shop next doors, but otherwise the location wasn't great for food if you don't have a car. Room service did not replace our coffee/h2o when they cleaned, but the staff replaced when we made the request. They offered free coffee, but no free breakfast. Our room was clean and the staff was quick to help w/ any questions or requests. |

| It was alright the furniture is a little old and there are a lot of scratch makes on the furniture.
It is easy to get a nicer hotel. The strange thing is that even though the other hotels are nicer they are also cheaper. |

| The wakeup never occurred, the shuttle that I scheduled I was not on and nobody noticed. The staff lack of customer concern cost me 5 hours, 150$ to rebook the flight, and 75$ to shuttle to a different airport. When I discussed the problem the staff repeatedly told me they would look into it and no one ever got back to me even though I stayed at the hotel for a couple of more weeks, because I was curious if anyone would show any amount of customer service. In the end the staff offered to give me 100$ off of the rate for a week stay after I finally contacted the corporate Radisson office to inform them of the complete lack of professionalism for this hotel. |

| The room we were given was quite isolated, which has benefits for quietness but not convenient for other purposes. The lounge was comfy and friendly. The hotel was under some repair but overall it was pleasant and not unsightly or noisy. They seemed short-staffed but the staff that was there was very nice. The only complaint I had occured after I left -- I had left behind some clothes in the closet. I left several messages with the house keeping manager who didn't return my call at all. Finally the manager who took the situation in hand and rectified my concerns. I simply needed reassurance they found my clothes and would ship them back to me -- a simple phone from the housekeeping manager would have made all the difference. However, me leaving my clothes behind is no one's fault but my own. I would return to this hotel. My stay was pleasant and the location convenient to my other destinations. |

| The Room was clean and quite. I loved the comfort number mattress. Pool was nice. One weird thing, Housekeeping kept messing with the clock radio. Turned the volume all the way down and changed my channel? |
