| Very nice place. Good breakfast in the mornings and the weeknight complimentary bbq was a very nice touch as well. We really liked the full ktchen as well. Highly recommend. |

| A little off the beaten path, but the accommodations were very good. Since no other rooms were available we had to climb stairs to the second story room (no elevator). Breakfast was sufficient but the scrambled eggs and sausage fare never changed in the 4 days. Oatmeal was great. Staff was friendly and were pleased when we said hello to them, especially the maids and groundskeepers. |

| -Hair on bathroom towel.
-No iron, but they did bring one down.
-Dirty bathroom light switch.
-Lid to coffee maker was broken, so water went everywhere.
-Very small eating area; be prepared to stand or eat outside.
-We needed more towels on Saturday night and when we called down they were out of towels. They said they would have more at 9:00 am, but our conference started at 7:00 am. |

| In addition to the noise from the street, there was a "knocking" noise in a none accessible closet. The Manager on duty was not able to get a maintenance man to our room, so we did not get any sleep - the hotel was booked - no room to be moved to. |

| You can probably do better for the price. I have stayed at the Residence Inn several times before at different locations. Based on thsoe prior stays this location definitely fell short of my expectations. Service was the same great service I have experienced but the room accomodations and quality was lacking. |

| Different than "standard hotel experience" but pleasantly so. For the price, more room, more amenities and a surperior staff in terms of customer satisfaction. EVERYONE at this location was friendly and service oriented! |
