| This is a good hotel to stay at. Thetre continental breakfast is good, I love the under ground parking and the jacuzzi tubs! |

| This hotel had most of the particulars we were looking for - free in room wi-fi, kitchenette, free breakfast - and no smoking. It is an older hotel, so has it's funky parts but is is comfortable and convenient. The staff is friendly and responsive. It was quiet and the beds were up scale and very comfortable. |

| Morning desk clerk was the WORST!! Rooms need
Updating. Clientle is Iffy at best, but with new
Ownership things will probably change.
2 Star Hotel at a very convenient location . |

| This hotel is old and could use some upgrades in the bath area but the bed was comfortable. The maid staff did a great job and the other staff is very nice.
Some of the rooms that have king beds should be on the "quiet" side away from Stevens Creek, though. |

| Stayed on the second floor this time the room was not as nice as the room I had stayed in before on the third floor but is was clean, the breakfast was above average and the location of this hotel was great! |

| Stay here for the location its walking distance to Santana Row, Valley Fair, Egyptian Museum and tons of shops. Room was clean and bed was comfy, free internet, I missed the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast but made the dinner it was nothing exciting just salad, soda, coffee, dessert, and some salisbury steak. Overall good price and excellent location. |

| I'll keep this short. The staff was neither rude nor friendly....just kind of...."eh."
The rooms are old and some maintenance is needed. My primary complaint is the windows don't fit correctly and have gaps allowing cold air and excessive traffic noise in. I had to run the heater constantly which is located beneath the drapes which caused them to billow up constantly. Again, not huge....but annoying. The rooms also could use some paint and TLC as there were black scuffs on the walls and a few places where previous guests had broken small holes in the dry wall.
While there, I did have some minor issues with my room's television. On two occassions I called the desk and they stated they would "send someone right up." No one every showed up. Finally on the third day of my stay and after my fifth attempt at getting help, a maintenance person showed up and fixed the issue. (The issue was with their equipment.)
No issues with room cleanliness. From my perspective, it was not dirty and was cleaned daily.
I did not eat the breakfasts or dinners, so I will not comment on those.
The surrounding neighborhood, including the marijuana club across the street, are sketchy at best. However, there is access to resturants and shopping near by so that helped a bit. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is not somewhere where I would choose to go out for a walk.
All in all, for a quick four day stay for training for work....it was ok. However, given the mediocre experience for what was charged, I do not think I would stay there again. |

| Be sure and check out room before unpacking. If it were not for the housekeeping staff alertness, I would have been one dissatisfied roomer. Apparently the hotel is undergoing renovation. Another change is that there is no weekend dinners and the menu there shows a significant drop in quality and meal planning.
Breakfasts were ok but dinner planning was very sub par in comparison to previous stays. |
